Woodbine Lands

With the Woodbine Racetrack firmly in place, our vision integrates a celebrated sporting destination into a series of characterful mid-rise neighbourhoods, unlocking significant density at scale with almost 20,000 new homes. A diverse offering will evolve transform this area into a place to live, work and play. With low to mid-rise buildings ranging up to 16 storeys, the project demonstrates how dense urban environments can remain intimate, accessible, and liveable. A landscape-led framework of biodiversity corridors and large parks stitches together the urban fabric, providing year-round recreation, community uses and access to green space within a 5-minute walk from every home. Toronto’s airport and downtown as well as the broader GTHA will be within easy reach with the delivery of a new GO Station.
