Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general office duties, including answering phones, handling correspondence and greeting visitors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with sound verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

• Design and produce high-quality reports, presentations, and other print and digital materials.
• Translate project status information into clear, easy-to-understand visuals, including charts, graphs, and infographics.
• Ensure graphic designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, professional aesthetic.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other subject matter experts to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong portfolio highlighting experience in report design and data visualisation.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in a government or public sector setting highly desirable

You will have proven experience within an architectural practice or model making studio as well as the ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, hand drawn sketches and written information to physical making. Proficiency in laser cutting principles, 3D printing (SLA), experience on a variety of woodworking machinery and spray-painting techniques. Experience in 2D and 3D CAD software with knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation and Adobe Suite would be highly desirable. You will have sound communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on a range of high-profile projects. Flexible, reliable and self-motivated you will be comfortable working to tight deadlines.
