KSA National Architecture Guidelines

View all projects

With a youthful population and significant development underway, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is experiencing a boom in construction and urban transformation. It is within this context that we have been commissioned to develop architectural guidelines for five of the country’s regions: Tabuk Coast, Madinah (Inner and Rural), the Hejazi Coast and the Taif Highlands. These design codes aim to foster progressive contemporary design that is rooted in diverse geographical and cultural contexts. Taking inspiration from vernacular forms, they are forward-looking and intended for a wide range of building and project types.
