Chiswick Health Centre and key worker housing

View all projects

This mixed-use development delivers a new healthcare hub and high-quality housing in Chiswick, west London. A four-storey L-shaped building provides 2,636 sqm of space for three GP practices and a new base for Chiswick Primary Care Network and community staff. Next door, a six-storey C-shaped building offers 55 one, two and three-bed affordable apartments for NHS key workers arranged around a central courtyard. Each home benefits from a private balcony and a further shared terrace on the fifth floor. The arrangement provides a model for delivering improved health facilities and quality housing on NHS land.
