Cambridge Science Park

View all projects

For over 50 years, Cambridge Science Park has housed innovations that have changed the world — from Bluetooth technology to life changing cancer drugs. Our masterplan will provide the space to add £2bn to the park's economic output and up to 20,000 high value jobs within a green and open piece of the city. A climate-resilient framework of wet meadows, ponds, woodland and parkland will extend from a central park, with a highly legible network of streets and paths stitching the neighbourhood into its wider context. Open and welcoming to all, the vision will create a modern accessible park for the whole community, becoming a rich addition to the life of Cambridge.
