Joel Davenport

Director

The wide variety of different projects keep things fresh for Joel, but his primary focus is on client satisfaction. He brings significant experience with site inspection and solving site delivery problems, having been a site architect and primarily delivery focused for many years. Joel has strong technical ability and experience working with prefabricated building elements.

Joel completed the Hollandgreen project in Kensington, leading the shell and core works for both the high-end residential apartment blocks and the Parabola building, which is now home to the London Design Museum. He has also worked on a series of commercial and office schemes, including Bankside 123, NM Rothschild Bank and the White City Place office redevelopment including both Mediaworks and Westworks.

Joel also has experience working in the life science and laboratory sectors and has delivered the Lincoln Engineering hub training establishment for Siemens turbomachinery. He has also recently adjusted four floors of former office space at White City Place and transformed them into Category 2 laboratory space for various bio medical research tenants. Currently Joel is involved in a series of small projects for the NHS.

As an avid traveller, Joel once took a two-year trip to circumnavigate the southern hemisphere visiting more than 40 countries along the way. A native Londoner, he trained at the University of Portsmouth, University of Cincinnati and University of South Bank.
