Joel Davenport

Joel trained at Portsmouth University and The University of South Bank. He received the first prize travelling scholarship from the Lyceum Fellowship, and was also awarded a scholarship form the University of Cincinnati, Crete, where he studied for one year. Joel joined Allies and Morrison in 2005 after working in New York and London.

Joel has worked on a series of commercial and office schemes for the practice, including Bankside 123, a large office development behind London’s Tate Modern. He has also worked on the designs for the Moscow Garden Ring, and office development in Russia.

Recently, Joel was Project Architect for the new specialist School of Engineering at the University of Lincoln from the early planning stage until its completion in site. He was also involved in a planning application for a large mixed-use development in Vauxhall, London.

Currently, Joel is working on Hollandgreen in Kensington, leading the shell and core works on site for a high end residential scheme.
