Joel Davenport

Joel trained at University of Portsmouth, University of Cincinnati and University of South Bank. He received the first prize travelling scholarship from the Lyceum Fellowship (USA) in 2003 and was also awarded an EU scholarship to the University on Chania, Crete. Joel joined Allies and Morrison in 2005 after working in New York for Studios Architecture and at Foster and Partners in London.

Joel has worked on a series of commercial and office schemes, including Bankside 123, NM Rothschild Bank HQ, 30 St Mary Axe, Moscow Garden Ring, and Vauxhall Square. Joel was Project Architect for the specialist Siemens Engineering school at the University of Lincoln where he covered all stages from planning through to completion on site.

Recently Joel has completed the Hollandgreen project in Kensington, leading the shell and core works on site for both the high end residential apartment blocks and the Parabola building which is now home to the London Design Museum. Joel has also just completed the Mediaworks and Garden House office buildings at White City and is currently also working on the Westworks office redevelopment.
