The Maple, Brent Cross Town

View all projects

At the edge of Claremont Park, Plot 14 is the second rental building at The Maple and brings 281 high-quality homes to the heart of Brent Cross Town. Reinterpreting the courtyard typology, the slender brick volumes step down in height from Neighbourhood Square to Claremont Park, from 12 to six storeys. Flexible retail units animate Neighbourhood Square to the north, while resident amenities include a 25-metre swimming pool and spa, a first floor gym which opens directly onto 1000 sqm courtyard gardens, co-working space and a 12th-floor communal roof terrace with allotment gardens for residents to grow their own produce.
