Rosie Garvey

Initially working as part of the Urban Practitioners team with a focus on masterplanning and urban design, Rosie went on to work on the later stages and delivery of The Westworks, a refurbishment of a 30,000 sqm office building in White City, as well as leading the development of the interior packages for a large build-to-rent project in Nine Elms, Battersea, liaising with client, consultants and contractors and demonstrating an aptitude for complex coordination and smart problem solving.

Subsequent projects include several studies for the NHS to consolidate and enhance existing healthcare uses; masterplan and over-station development feasibility studies for TfL; and a new town centre near Dublin which includes 300 build-to-rent units, retail and public realm.

Rosie studied at Cambridge, the Cass and the Bartlett; receiving qualifications in architecture, planning and urban design.
