Mammad Tabatabai

Director

Mammad has a broad range of experience developing and delivering high quality projects from concept to construction. With a strong design flair and practical, delivery experience he has led several of our significant project teams.

He is currently leading designs for a new campus building for the London College of Communications at Elephant & Castle. His work has ranged from a residential-led masterplan for Woolwich Arsenal, London, to the production of construction packages for the BBC White City development, during which he was based on site on the later stages.

Mammad has also developed a particular specialism in retail. His portfolio includes the Paradise Street development in Liverpool, a new building within the Westgate scheme in Oxford, and masterplan proposals for Westfield in Croydon. At Queen's Court in Milton Keynes, Mammad led the team to develop a sensitive scheme that has enhanced the public realm and commercial space in the now Grade II listed modernist shopping centre.

From Iran originally, Mammad completed his architectural training at the University of Greenwich and followed this with a post graduate MSc in Architecture and Computing at the University of East London.
