Anthony joined Allies and Morrison Urban Practitioners in 2011 having been with Urban Practitioners since 2004. Anthony spent the preceding nine years in local planning authority roles across London and the south-east. He is a qualified planner and urban designer and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Anthony specialises in managing the production of design-led planning and development frameworks for town centres and regeneration areas. He has overseen much of the practice’s statutory planning work and has led multi-disciplinary teams during the production of Area Action plans for Enfield, Barnet and Rochford.
Anthony is experienced in working alongside and supporting local authorities in the delivery of development and investment strategies and has led many high profile planning, masterplanning and development strategy projects, including Colindale Area Action Plan, Tottenham Hale District Centre Framework and the Stratford-upon-Avon Urban Design Framework.
Anthony is a member of the Places Matter! Design review panel. Currently, Anthony is working on masterplans for Mold Town in Flintshire, Tottenham and Catford Town Centre.
