Philip Gilder

As Project Architect of the shell and core elements, and one of the longest standing members of the team, Phil has been integral to the design and delivery of the London College of Fashion. He led the detailed coordination of structure and services, and follows the project on site, where he leads the substructure, lift and MEP packages.

Phil is excellent at taking a holistic view of all his projects, a skill he has honed coordinating and clearing statutory approvals across all four major Stratford Waterfront buildings, liaising with the planning authority, client, project manager and four architectural teams.

Phil studied architecture at the University of Nottingham and University of Westminster.
