Ross Carter-Wingrove

Based in Toronto, Ross is a distinguished architect and project lead with over 30 years of experience delivering significant work across North America and Europe. He is a Director of our Toronto studio and a licensed member of the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA), leading business development and operations across our work in Canada.

Over his career, Ross has worked with many leading practices and clients on strategic growth and operations in a variety of markets, guiding initiatives from inception to completion. Having led multidisciplinary teams of architects, landscape architects, and interior designers, Ross enjoys fostering a collaborative environment within his teams, with a keen focus on client service. His portfolio of work includes many well-known residential, retail, healthcare and mixed-use projects at a variety of scales in Canada, the US, Germany and Korea.

Ross has been a longstanding collaborator and friend of the practice having worked alongside us for many years in the roles of client and colleague, before joining the practice in 2025. Driven by curiosity, a broad perspective and a keen sense of balance, it’s important to Ross that projects deliver long-term meaningful impact.

Ross studied at Carleton University, Ottawa, the Technical University of Nova Scotia and in Berlin.
