Oxford Station
This competition proposal envisaged a new landmark railway station for Oxford. The station is comprised of three parallel, vaulted roofs facing both east towards the city centre and west to the countryside. The roofs firmly announce the presence of the station and command a new public square across from the Saïd Business School. This model used backlighting to convey the activity emanating from within the vaulted station halls and neighbouring mixed-use development that was part of the brief.
