Completing the prominent north-west corner of Finsbury Circus, the form of this new nine-storey office building has developed in response to the roof heights and rights-to-light requirements of adjacent buildings. The facades incline as they rise, paring back from the street corner to reduce bulk and preserve views from the Circus.
Elevations are composed of two layers: an inner skin of storey-height cast glass panels and an outer framework of metal louvres providing solar shading.
