Katerina studied at the University of Bath and joined Allies and Morrison in 2001, becoming an Director of the practice in 2020.
Katerina has worked on a number of projects ranging from Education and the Arts to Housing, with particular recent experience on Healthcare schemes. She was project Architect on Addenbrooke’s Perinatal scheme (with Devereaux Architects), an extension to an existing maternity hospital in Cambridge and has also worked on other feasibility studies for the NHS Trusts, including the redevelopment of Block 9 at St Thomas’ Hospital.
Katerina was a key architect responsible for the delivery of Chelsea College of Art and Design, London, and has continued to work on projects in sensitive sites such as the Royal Observatory in Greenwich. Additionally, Katerina was involved in the London 2012 Olympics, working alongside artists to incorporate artwork into a number of bridges and underpasses.
More recently, Katerina worked on the Bridge of Orchy Hotel and the delivery of the planning application for a mixed-use masterplan for Kings College London at their Mulberry site. She is currently project architect for a hotel development in south-west London.
