Since joining Allies and Morrison, Jeremy has led the transformation of the Practice’s IT network infrastructure, developing systems in all areas from resilient networks through to data storage solutions. Jeremy joined the Practice in 2004 after working for other architectural practices. With the advancement of PC based CAD systems in the industry, his career shifted towards technology support and the implementation of technology systems, becoming our IT Manager and finally IT Director in 2016.
With over 25 years’ experience in the architectural, engineering and construction industry, Jeremy heads up the IT team which supports the Practice for all technology, as well as associated research and development, resulting in recent advances such as the migration of all project data to the cloud. He has been central to Practice expansion in both London and Cambridge which resulted in new fully resilient network installation and additional cloud controllers to enable the Cambridge office to utilise the same cloud storage. He has also overseen further investments into the Allies and Morrison infrastructure allowing strengthening virtual server technology and firewall security.
