Mint Hotel
Leeds
On a site between Leeds railway station and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, and part of the Granary Wharf masterplan, this new hotel provides 333 contemporary and affordable rooms and a range of conference facilities. Restaurant spaces open onto the canal-side wharf and a rooftop bar provides spectacular views across the city.
In response to the site's industrial heritage, the building is constructed in red brickwork with deep, splayed window reveals providing shade and modelling to the facades.
