Paradise Street
Liverpool One
Paradise Street is the centrepiece of a masterplan to complete Liverpool’s retail core and connect it to the River Mersey. With a footprint of over a hectare, this urban block contains some 50 shops, 20 cafes and a cinema entrance.
The project is organised around a series of stratified public routes connecting to the surrounding street pattern at a number of levels. It has two distinct sides: the urban edge and the park edge. The two are linked by a route that rises from street to park via a zig-zag shaped stair and covered galleria.
