Ericsson Headquarters
London
This fit-out of Ericsson’s UK headquarters building was designed in collaboration with two Swedish architectural practices. A generous reception area opens to a visitors’ lounge, with views through to a new open volume created at the heart of the building. Sculptural stairs criss-cross this space to link each floor and promote connectivity within the company.
Large individual offices are arranged around the atrium, with open-plan areas beyond. A discrete, integrated audio visual system includes back-projection and lighting to animate floor to ceiling glazed screens and to illuminate cafe, conference and press facilities on the lower floor.
