ST MARTIN'S COURT

Paternoster Square, London

Located on the sensitive historic site of the Paternoster Square masterplan, St Martin’s Court provides 108,000 sq ft of office space and 23,000 sq ft of retail. The design reconciles an efficient internal arrangement around a central atrium with a series of unique facades, each responding to the scale and quality of the surrounding streets and to the setting of St Paul’s Cathedral.

The urban side of the block is clad in Portland stone, while the quieter pedestrian environment of the Cathedral side is distinguished by red brick. The two materials of the layered facades give a sense of solidity and depth, with a limestone tower facing Paternoster Square.
