ONE VINE STREET

London

One Vine Street is the first completed building within the Quadrant masterplan, a two-hectare site which straddles the south-eastern end of Regent Street adjacent to Piccadilly Circus. Four levels of commercial offices are set above a single large retail space which is capable of subdivision at basement, ground and first floors. Duplex residential apartments occupy the roof space of the stone-dressed crescent.

New façades are in hand-made bricks and Portland stone, with natural slate and lead roofs. The entrance to the building is through the retained façade of a former public house and leads to a small atrium lined with vertical timber battens and linear lighting.
