WATERSIDE PARK PHASES 3 & 4

Royal Docks, London

Waterside Park is a residential development for the regeneration of 4.6 hectares of disused land to the north of the Thames Barrier. The masterplan proposal defines a series of seven urban blocks which provide 777 dwellings together with retail, community and leisure uses, set around a new urban park.

Within phases three and four there are three urban blocks that define the eastern edge of Barrier Park. Eight-storey apartment buildings face the park and the southern end of the development is terminated by a fourteen storey tower that has views up and down the river. The intimate garden courtyards created between the blocks incorporate high quality landscaping and play space and maximise views and pedestrian routes across the site to the park and the river.

Phase three was completed in 2013, and our final phase, Phase four was completed in 2014.
