8-10 MOORGATE

City of London

8-10 Moorgate is a nine-storey office development located in the heart of the City, adjacent to the Bank of England and within the Bank conservation area.

Designed to integrate happily within the character of the surrounding area, the development occupies a city block of approximately 2,060 sqm consolidated into a single unified building.

The existing facade of 8-10 Moorgate has been retained, refurbished and incorporated into the scheme to form the principal frontage and entrance to the building.

The building is organised around a central core, the upper floors being largely column-free commercial offices with a typical fifteen-metre deep floor facade to core. The upper floors set back as the building rises in a series of accessible external terraces. An element of the ground floor of the development has been designed for retail use to address the existing retail cluster on Telegraph Street.
