33-35 BLANDFORD STREET

London

Blandford Street forms one side of a major urban block within a conservation area in Marylebone. The late eighteenth-century houses on the perimeter have been returned to predominantly residential use, with new flats created behind the existing facades. This frees the centre of the block for new office space, with all accommodation facing a new landscaped entrance court.

Historic facades have been restored, while details of brickwork, render, windows, shop-fronts and metalwork have been carefully developed in accordance with the requirements of the conservation area.
