Una Daly

Una studied at University College Dublin and taught at Manchester School of Architecture before joining Allies and Morrison in 2010. She has experience of working on projects in a variety of sectors including education, conservation, landscape, public realm, masterplanning, retail and residential.

Una has worked on several cultural, education and conservation projects since joining the practice, including being project architect for St Peter’s College, Oxford, involving the design of a new College Quad and Forecourt and alterations to listed and existing building surrounding the Quad.

Una has recently been producing a scoping document for the University of Cambridge’s Sidgwick site, home to the Arts and Humanities faculty buildings for a new masterplan, comprising of existing buildings and landscape analysis. and potential future development interventions and opportunities on the site. Presently she is working on our new scheme for Oriel College, Oxford, where we are proposing a new informal hall building to adjoin and link into the existing Grade I listed formal hall of the college.

Una has been leading the Oriana project, a pro-bono school project in Nanyuki, Kenya, which we are developing as a large team of volunteers within the Practice and in collaboration with Arup.
