Rachel Mundell

Rachel completed her architectural studies at the University of Westminster after completing her Part 1 and 3 at the University of Bath. She joined Allies and Morrison in 2013.

Rachel has experience of working on projects at all stages and in a variety of sectors. Since joining Allies and Morrison, Rachel has been working on behalf of Canary Wharf Group on the masterplan for Wood Wharf – one of London’s most significant developments. Her role on this project involved the preparation of and indicative design for a school building and residential flats. She was also involved in the preparation of the Design and Access Statement for a residential-led masterplan of up to 3000 apartments and for Allies and Morrison’s two office buildings, also within the Masterplan.

Currently she is working on the design of a new 27 storey tower within a wider 900 unit residential scheme, comprised of over eleven individual buildings, in Leamouth South. She has also worked on a mixed-use development at Vauxhall Square, on the design of a multi-storey, site wide basement and preparing documents for contractor pricing.
