Peter trained and completed his studies at the University of Karlsruche, Germany, where he became a member of the German National Merit Foundation (Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes). He was also awarded a scholarship from the University of Arizona, where he studied for one year and completed his Masters degree in Architecture. Peter joined Allies and Morrison in 2010 and became and Associate Director of the practice in 2015.
Since joining the practice, Peter has been Project Architect for a number of major rejuvenation projects in close vicinity to the practice’s studio in Southwark, including the refurbishment and rejuvenation of an existing office building, The Crane Building, which was shortlisted for the BCO awards and the AJ100 Value Excellence awards in 2014.
Recently, Peter has been involved in the production of a new clinical masterplan for Hamad Bin Kalifa Medical City, Qatar – one of the world’s largest healthcare developments – for which he is currently the Project Architect for its delivery.
In 2011 Peter completed a BREEAM qualification for commercial schemes and acts as an internal advisor for the practice. Additionally, he was elected member to the Hackney Design Review panel in July 2013.
