Nicky completed her Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance at the South Bank University in London. She joined Allies and Morrison in 2005 as an accounts assistant maintaining the practice’s accounts.
Nicky is currently the practice’s Finance Manager and is responsible for providing financial advice and support to colleagues and clients. She is also responsible for the payroll, including pensions and tax, and is involved in the practice’s day to day financial activities including the collection and preparation of accounts.
Nicky works alongside the Financial Director in financial analysis in areas such a budgeting, forecasting and cost reduction and reviewing operational performance. She is currently working on implementing an ERP System.
