Marta Campillo

Marta graduated with honours from University Polytechnic School CEU San Pablo of Madrid and worked for local practices before moving to London. She joined Allies and Morrison in 2014, became a professionally qualified Architect in 2015 and an Associate of the practice in 2018.

Since joining Allies and Morrison, Marta has gained valuable experience across a broad range of scales and sectors. She has led projects across all work stages, from feasibility studies and competitions to detail design and construction. Marta made a significant contribution to the practice proposals for the redevelopment of Elephant and Castle. The scheme will provide new shops, restaurants and cinemas, as well as a thousand homes, a campus for the London College of Communication and a London Underground station. Marta was the main point of contact for several specialist consultants and led the day-to-day residential design coordination with the PRS operator and London Underground.

Marta has recently been Project Architect for a number of projects in Southwark, including an artist’s home studio in Farnham Place and a six-storey residential development in Ewer Street, due to be completed in 2019.
