Lianne Peterkin

Associate Director

Lianne joined us over twenty years ago with a background in interior design, diversifying to work across large, complex urban regeneration projects.

Lianne was instrumental in maintaining the outstanding design quality and clarity of the London 2012 Olympic masterplans through the Games, Transformation and Legacy. She was the go-to person from client and consultant perspectives and held a comprehensive knowledge of the complex history of the Olympic Park. Since then she has worked on many of the practice’s largest masterplans including Brent Cross Town, Elephant and Castle, and Stratford Waterfront, where she was BIM lead. More recently, she has been project lead on masterplans for North Quay at Canary Wharf, East Norwich and Ebbsfleet Central in Kent, in each overcoming unique and significant infrastructure and site challenges. She has a sophisticated understanding of the long-term requirements of masterplanning including parameter planning and design coding.

Lianne is also closely involved in the practice’s intern and work experience placements and champions the practice’s delivery of social value. Lianne won LLDC Ambassador of the year 2018 for her community engagement as part of the development of the Stratford Waterfront masterplan. She holds a BA (Hons) Interior Design from the University of Luton.
