Indu Ramaswamy

Director, Legal

Indu is our person for any questions about professional practice and building contracts or procurement. In her work, she is driven to address the injustices in the construction industry and the fact that something she does could make a difference.

She is first and foremost an architect. Before obtaining her law degree, Indu was a project architect on a number of our projects, including 6 Brindleyplace, Queen's House Greenwich and South Hill Park Arts Centre. She is a member of the RIBA Insurance Agency Advisory Board and of the Royal Town Planning Institute’s Appeals Panel. She participates in debates on the business of architecture, giving a talk on design liability at events such as the RIBA’s ‘Guerilla Tactics’ series and lectures and examines at Part 3 level.

Having worked internationally including six years in Hong Kong, Indu finds that London is a melting pot of cultures and a place where one can be at home. She plays flute in an amateur orchestra and enjoys long walks with her dog.
