Ewan Morrison

Director, Technical Design, Cambridge

Ewan was attracted to the practice's design focus and ability to produce well-considered buildings. He has worked on a range of projects from conception through to completion, principally involved with commercial and university buildings, from which he has developed an excellent knowledge of all aspects of design and delivery.

He was an important part of the team for 100 Bishopsgate, a new 40-storey office building in central London. In Cambridge, he has been working on the Cranmer Road project for King's College and at John Bradfield Court project at Darwin College. Ewan has an interest and expertise in the retention and re-use of historic buildings, and their importance within the fabric of the city, which explored as project architect for 8-10 Moorgate building, a commercially led scheme adjacent to the Bank of England.

Ewan works at our Cambridge office and likes the city's progressive but eccentric charm and the way it combines the historic with the very modern. He trained at the University of Nottingham and is a member of our Technical Group.
