Arpad Toth

Arpad is a project architect with comprehensive UK and international experience. He has a Master of Science in Architecture and Building Engineering from the Technical University of Budapest (BME). Arpad joined Allies and Morrison in 2013 and became an Associate of the practice in 2017.

Arpad has worked on schemes from concept design through to completion, on projects ranging in scale from domestic to multi-unit schemes. His experience covers the full spectrum of residential housing from affordable to private and high end – as well as primary and secondary education, healthcare, commercial, mixed-use, hotel and interior fit-out projects. Since joining Allies and Morrison, he has worked on the residential component of a scheme at Albert Wharf in Fulham, the Reserved Matters Application for over 500 residential units at the Royal Arsenal in Woolwich, The International Quarter residential towers in Stratford and most recently the mixed-use development of the Wood Wharf G Blocks for Canary Wharf Group.

Arpad’s analytical approach has helped him to develop skills in managing the collaboration with consultants and client during the design and construction process. His involvement in the successful completion of a number of buildings has given him the opportunity to gain experience on site and project co-ordination experience, meaning he is well placed to take projects from design stages through to completion.

Arpad is an experienced used of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and is also skilled in freehand drawing, using his ability to translate creative ideas into interesting, contemporary design and technical solutions.
